Patrick Moloney, counsellor and mediator
Noarlunga and southern Adelaide

Counselling and mediation for life’s complicated moments.

When life or relationships feel difficult, you don’t have to work it all out alone. Counselling is a place to be heard, to understand what matters to you, and to take your next step.

You don’t need to have all the answers to begin.

My approach

You bring your story. We start there.

Counselling is an opportunity to pause, explore what’s happening and make sense of the things that feel tangled. You can begin with whatever is on your mind, even if you’re not sure how to put it into words.

My approach is person-centred and draws on counselling, mindfulness and mediation. The focus is on understanding your experience and finding a direction that feels meaningful to you.

How I can help

Individual counselling

Space to explore personal challenges, understand your feelings and consider the changes you want to make.

Bring the concerns that matter to you. We can talk about your circumstances, what you hope to gain from counselling and whether my approach is a good fit.

Relationships and families

Support to understand each other, navigate differences and find more constructive ways to communicate.

This may involve partners, friends or family members. Talk with me about who would attend and whether joint sessions suit your situation.

Conflict and mediation

A supported conversation to explore different perspectives, work through disagreements and consider a way forward.

I draw on experience in both counselling and mediation. Get in touch to discuss your situation and whether mediation is suitable.

Mindfulness, hypnosis and relaxation

Ask me about these approaches and whether they may be appropriate for you.
